What are ‘customer administrators’?
Customer administrators are the point of contacts who will have access to the customer dashboard within the neurodiversity support tool, so they can access and monitor key data insights.
What kind of educational content is on offer?

I have less than 1000 employees in my organisation, but want the enhanced package, is that possible?
Yes! Simply get in touch with our sales team who can provide a bespoke quote.
Will my annual plan renew automatically?
Yes, we use a trusted third party software, Stripe, which holds your details and auto-renews so there’s nothing for you to do! You can also cancel your subscription at any time within the platform so it will not auto-renew.
Is the neurodiversity support tool really anonymous?
Yes! It’s an intentional design to ensure we create a ‘psychologically safe’ environment for our users, so they can feel comfortable answering questions, seeking support and even sharing their neuro-status without the fear of judgment, stigma or singularization.
What are the differences between the assessments on offer?
We have a range of different assessments that measure different markers, such as cognitive abilities (analytical, numerical, creative, executive and language reasoning), mental health, feelings and preferences, workplace needs (tangible and intangible) and intersectionality.
Can I pay monthly?
Currently, we don’t offer monthly plans.
Can I cancel my plan?
We hope you’re completely satisfied with the Aubi-One neurodiversity support tool, but if we’ve missed the mark in meeting your expectations and would like a refund, please contact us; we review case by case.
