Our coaching community is for impact-driven neurodiversity informed coaches. Join the Aubi-One platform and deliver powerful Group Coaching for positive impact on neurodiverse teams.

As an Aubi-Coach, you’re part of a mission to bring genuine change for individuals in the workplace, underpinned by neurodiversity inclusion, for all abilities.

Users join Group Coaching cohorts to bring clarity to understand themselves, practice the capability to thrive, and build confidence to continue the journey long-after the sessions have ended.

How it works

Register your interest

We work with the best of the best, and value accreditation, hours and subject matter expertise. Tell us about yourself, your experience and the communities you support.

Verification & onborading

We personally review and verify each application. If it’s a fit, we’ll be in contact with a to have a conversation and discuss Group Coaching topic availability.

You’ve joined our community

Once you’re verified, we’ll get you up and running in the platform, share a welcome pack and give you all the support you need. You’ll design your sessions and once these are approved, you’ll launch your Group Coaching with Aubilities.
